It is crucial to provide the correct address during checkout. Please reconfirm that you have included your postal code and unit number (if any) correctly.

We shall not be liable for any form of lost parcels due to incorrect/missing details of the address. In this case, no return of refund applicable.

For item(s) that are returned to us due to customer's negligence, customers will have to pay full postage fees again for us to ship back the parcel to customers.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment via Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay)

How long does it take before my orders mailed out?

Sabs Studios will verify your payments and process your orders within 24hours to dispatch. We operate from Monday to Sundays including public holidays. 


Please note that some countries do experience limited tracking updates/details. If you have any concerns regarding your orders, feel free to contact us, and we’ll address you as soon as possible.

Customers may be required to pay duty taxes in their own country due to individual countries' rules and regulations if it is necessary. Sabs Studios is not responsible for it. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Please also be advised, should you choose to inform the delivery personnel to leave your parcel unattended upon delivery, we bear NO responsibilities to any lost or damaged goods.
