Returns & Refeund Policy
We have made every effort to display our products' colors that appear on Sabs Studios as accurately as possible.
However, as monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Items are allowed to be exchanged as per terms and conditions. However, we apologize to inform our items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable due to hygienic purposes.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We apologize if your product is sent wrongly/faulty in transit or customized wrongly. We will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge, inclusive of any postal costs incurred.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the product within seven days of receiving it. No returns/refunds will be given after the seven days.
The product must be mailed back in its original packaging.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You will only be able to receive a refund in terms of store credit (Promo Code) should items that are meant for exchange and returned items that are meant for exchange and return are "SOLD OUT" on Sabs Studios
Do note that other than the above mentioned. All things are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
